How certification works

Five steps from enquiry to ongoing surveillance.

Enquiry and quotation

You tell us the product, plant and scope. We tell you the effort involved, the dates and how the plant visits proceed.

Initial testing at the plant

Our inspectors tour the plant, assess the factory production control and take the samples themselves.

Testing in the laboratory

The samples are tested as quickly as possible in our laboratory in Herzogenrath

Certification

In the event of conformity with DIN 488 we issue the certificate, the basis for the marking of your deliveries.

Ongoing surveillance

Regular third-party surveillance at the plant, with repeat sampling and laboratory testing.
