When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files which your browser transmits: the page accessed, date and time, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the IP address. These data serve the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO (GDPR)) and are deleted after a short period. They are not combined with other data sources.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you provide in order to handle the enquiry and for possible follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO (GDPR)). We do not pass these data on without your consent.

The directions map on the contact page only loads once you start it with “Activate map”. Map data are then retrieved from OpenFreeMap (based on OpenStreetMap) and your IP address is transmitted to this service in the process. The site plan of the premises runs entirely on our server. Links to external map services open their content in a new window; only there do the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.

You have the right to information about the data stored concerning you, as well as to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 DSGVO (GDPR)). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen).
